had an amazing time at pacifico, even better than my previous stay in el paredon. the pool was a dream, and the vibe was super chill. exploring the city was so fun, and the food was a highlight too!

could use more local food options.

We loved how our rooms overlooked the water. the hotel's location was fantastic, near the restaurant, beach, and local attractions.

It was clean with really helpful staff. The breakfast was large and delicious, featured lots of meals. This hotel was nice and I would have extended the stay.

The swimming pool was lovely and clean, offering a relaxing experience. The location of the hotel was great, being only one block away from the beach. the restaurant at the hotel served delicious food, with generous portions.

There were several negative aspects of my stay. the lack of privacy in the private rooms due to the pool being directly in front of them was a downside.

The housekeeping gal was incredibly sweet and worked tirelessly to make our stay enjoyable. The staff, minus a few exceptions, were genuinely kind and always had a smile on their face. The restaurant served delicious food with generous portions, although slightly pricey. The pool was outstanding, well-maintained, and had a cool shaded gazebo. The proximity to the beach was a major plus. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The location was ideal and the restaurant had free Wi-Fi and a bar/lounge area. Parking was convenient and the shuttle service was a bonus. The outdoor swimming pool was a great addition, as was the jacuzzi. And lastly, it was wonderful to be able to bring our beloved pets along with us. The air conditioning in the non-smoking rooms was greatly appreciated.

Our stay was great value for our money. The pool area was beautiful with a big pool, and the pizzas from the restaurant were excellent. The location was also fantastic, with a short 3-5 minute walk to the beach. The hotel felt safe and quiet at night, allowing for a peaceful and restful stay. the shared bathrooms were always clean and we never had to wait for a shower.

The lack of privacy in certain rooms. For instance, there was no door in our bedroom, which was located above the public toilets for the pool area.
